Shipping & Delivery
Every mollyjwl order ships free, fully insured and trackable, packed in our signature gift box with a care card and polishing cloth.
Processing time
- In-stock pieces: ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Made-to-order, resized or engraved pieces: ship within 7–15 business days. The estimated ship date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Signature on delivery
For your security, orders valued at US$500 or more require an adult signature (21+) on delivery and cannot be left at the door. Orders under US$500 may be left in a safe place at the carrier's discretion.
Canada: duties & taxes
Orders to Canada ship from the United States. Most fine jewelry made in the US qualifies for duty-free entry under CUSMA, but GST/HST/PST and a carrier brokerage fee may be collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by the Canadian government and carrier and are the recipient's responsibility.
PO boxes & address changes
- Orders under US$500 can ship to PO boxes via USPS. Orders of US$500 or more must ship to a street address.
- Need to change your address? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
Every shipment is fully insured until it is signed for or marked delivered. If your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, email hello@mollyjwl.com within 5 days of the delivery date. Keep all packaging; we will open a carrier claim and send a replacement or full refund once the claim is resolved.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. International shipping is coming soon.
