These Terms of Use govern your use of the mollyjwl website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or state, to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & descriptions

• We describe our jewelry in line with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Jewelry Guides and the Canadian Competition Bureau's guidelines. Lab-grown diamonds are always identified as "lab-grown"; they are real diamonds with the same physical and chemical properties as mined diamonds.
• Gold purity (e.g. 14K) refers to solid gold unless the item is described as gold vermeil (a thick layer of gold over sterling silver) or gold-filled.
• Pearls and gemstones are natural or cultured materials, so size, colour and surface characteristics vary slightly from piece to piece. Carat weights may be stated as total weight ("ctw") and can vary within industry tolerances.
• Product photos are for illustration; colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

3. Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars unless you select another currency. Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. Canadian GST/HST/PST, duties and brokerage fees, if any, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
• We accept payment through PayPal and Stripe. Your order is confirmed only when payment is authorised.
• If a price or availability error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation.
• We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or placed for resale.

4. Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns by our Returns & Exchanges policy. Every piece carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (such as loose stones or broken clasps). The warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, theft, accidental damage, or pieces repaired or altered by a third party.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, photographs, text and logos, belongs to mollyjwl or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or unlawful information.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mollyjwl is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in Canada, you also keep the protections of the consumer laws of your province.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
