Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your mollyjwl piece. If it isn't quite right, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged, returned in the original mollyjwl box and pouch with all tags, certificates and appraisal documents (if included).
Every return is inspected by our team. Items showing wear, scratches, resizing by a third party or missing stones will be sent back to you at your cost.

Final sale items

Custom, made-to-order and engraved pieces.
Rings resized at your request.
Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless returned sealed in their original packaging.
Items marked "Final Sale" and gift cards.

How to start a return

Email hello@mollyjwl.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
We'll send you a prepaid, insured return label within one business day (free for US and Canada).
Pack the item securely in its original box inside a plain outer box, and drop it off within 7 days of receiving the label. Keep your drop-off receipt.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection (usually 2–3 business days), we issue a refund to your original payment method.
Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees paid to a carrier on delivery are not refundable by mollyjwl, but can often be reclaimed from the carrier or the Canada Border Services Agency.

Exchanges & ring sizing

Exchanges for a different size, metal or style are free within 30 days. If the new item costs more, we will send you a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.
One complimentary ring resize within 60 days of delivery (up or down by two sizes). Eternity bands and some styles cannot be resized and will be exchanged instead.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will cover all shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Gifts

Returned gifts are refunded as store credit to the recipient, or to the original purchaser on request.
